Independent Built To Grind Book
Ya hemos recibido el libro del 25 aniversario de independet.
Independent's "Built To Grind: 25 Years Of Hardcore Skateboarding" Book.
"All the skateboard books out there are pretty cool, but this is THE one. Not only is there 25 years of skating it it (the photos are amazing), but the design is great, the fonts are good, and the stories and interviews are entertaining. Do yourself a favor and buy a #@%#@% copy" -Dave Carnie, The Skateboard Mag, July 2004

ADDICT VOLUME 2
Ya tenemos en nuestra vitrinas el segundo libro de Addict que contiene material gráfico y material gráfico de artistas patrocinados así como entrevistas con nuestra gente en la industria de música.
ADDICT VOLUME 2
After the success of the first Addict book 'Volume One' we bring you the next 184 page instalment… 'Volume Two' featuring the next two seasons sponsored artist tee shirt projects including guest prints by Stash, She One and The London Police as well as exclusive interviews with some of our favourite heads from the music world. Aim, Kenny Gonzalez and Cash Money through to Big Bud, London Elektricity and James Zabeiela plus more all give us the lodown on what they're up to and supply some choice top tens in the process. Volume 2 also features guest spreads from Swifty, MHI, Ben Swift, Andrew Diprose and Monsterism plus an interview with Mode2 by Mitch. More of a graphic art book than our first book, Volume Two also features an exclusive 15 track down tempo mix CD with tracks from AIM, Gripper, Hugo Madrid, Skitz feat Roots Manuva, First Rate, SPK, Big Bud, London Elektricity plus more...
Review taken from Graphotism 37.
Words: Shucks One
"Clothing company Addict have recently released their new compendium; part book, part-style mag, collaborated design project and catalogue. But it is far from the publicity- grabbing, bandwagon- jumping companies that have ascended the hip hop/road genre like the Hawkmen in Flash Gordon. “Hawkmen… DIIIIEEEVE!!!” This baby is excellently researched, uniting familiar favourites with up-and-coming talents, while representing and supporting the culture with a seemingly honourable heart.
The platform that is Addict 2 represents a rainbow of creativity, encompassing many of Britain’s top artistic minds in the fields of design, music and sport. Sounds intellectual? No! Just pure British mayhem like Banana Klan’s Roots Manuva, B-Boy Soopa J, flyer king Ben Swift, typography master Mitch, Swifty, Blade, Will Barras, SIN Crew, the Mixologists, Mode2, Skitz, collages of artefacts from the 80’s, First Rate talking about girls, and Defender.
There is a little bit of input by ‘theamericanz’ such as the other green eyed bandit DJ Caaaaaashmoney, a break down of Kenny Gonzalez's Top 60 records, a picture of Bones Brigade soldier Steve Caballero with a tinted flick, and a photo diary courtesy of Stash. Just thumbing through the 185 pages you would have to be a muppet not to find something pleasing to the eye or brain and failing that, you inept suckah, the CD is 15 tracks deep, which would please even the most cloth-eared among us. Take the pillow from your head and put a book in it! And while you’re at it, take that vest off, wash your pits, and pull on one of Ben Swift’s Addict Ghetto Tee’s”
