Back in 2009, New York art photographer Jacob Krupnick landed the job of shooting a promotional video for a foodwear show & turned to Craigslist for good dancers. Offering to pay in pizza.

Nearly two years later, Krupnick's project has evolved into "an epic 71-minute-long dance-music video" that features each of the 373 songs on Girl Talk's latest mash-up album. Starring one-time ballet dancer Anne Marsen, the video will show Marsen and other dancers moving to Girl Talk while making their way up Manhattan.

Due out this summer, the trailer gained fame on the internet in January and is well on its way to earning nearly triple the original budget through donations on the website Kickstarter. And you can see why.

Viva Las Vegas!!!

Hey Friends!

So hopefully you all were following me on Twitter.com/flavourfashion this past week when we were reporting live from the Las Vegas trade shows doing all of our purchasing and brand sourcing for next fall 2011 season (if not get on that son).

It is one of the biggest shows in the world and is 8 shows in a 4 day period at 4 different hotels and conference centers with thousands and thousands of vendors with lots of clothing perfect for Plush, Flavour and SOS!

We saw some amazing free intimate concerts with NERD and BRMC Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, met the Black Keys and got to book and meet some shoe guru's in Steve Madden and Jeffery Campbell.

We picked up tonnes of new designers for all 3 stores which we will be revealing and promoting over the next 3 months, so stay tuned to our Facebook pages and blogs to stay up to date with all of our new signings.
