This one needed a post all on its own. Let me tell you. I almost straight up died out of tasting pure lemon awesomeness because of these. I'm not sure how that would have been diagnosed but probably but I'm sure it's a legit disease.
These are called Lemon Meringue Cookies you have to, have to, have to try them. Seriously. Do it. Seriously.
